1 - Briefing

This privacy policy describes how your personal information is collected, used and protected by us, BLUNAVI. By using our service (on the website, web application or mobile applications), you acknowledge that you understand this policy, so please read it carefully. We may modify the content of this document / page and the agreement will take effect immediately.

2 - The predetermined information we collect

When you visit our website, without prior notice, our servers automatically store your public IP address (at the time of browsing). The following information is associated with the public IP address:

1. Your location (Country and possibly even city);
2. Internet service provider;
3. Number of visits in general;

Without limitation, along with the public IP address we collect:

1. Information about your device;
2. Browser type;
3. Operating system;

This is necessary for normal, optimized and secure operation. Apart from the state, the above information is not structured or organized, but is stored (without definition) for use by the IT department only to track cases of cyber attacks.

3 - Anonymous visit

Users can visit our site anonymously, without the need to create an account. Even anonymously we collect the information mentioned above (Public IP, Browser, Operating System, etc.).

4 - Contact form and support center

To use our contact form you may be asked to enter your name, email, message and (optionally) your phone number. These details are stored in our system and can only be viewed by authorized staff to proceed with your request. This information will only be used to process your request. Once the issue/request is resolved, this information will be deleted (7 days after the issue has been resolved).

5 - Account

When you register an account on our website, you may be asked to enter your username, email address and password, as applicable.

Your avatar and username may be public, so please choose them carefully.

First name, last name, email, address, phone number, company name, company VAT will not be published/shared and will be used for internal purposes only.

Passwords are stored in an encrypted format that cannot be reversed. We always compare encrypted passwords to verify successful login.

The password reset procedure creates a new temporary (random) password. This password will be sent by email and may therefore be stored in our logs. We suggest that our users change it as soon as possible.

6 - Cookies

We use a technology called "cookies" to customize the dynamic content provided by our website. Cookies are small files placed on your computer by your web browser (if you allow them) to recognize your computer and browser when you use our service. A unique ID (randomly generated number) is placed inside the cookie by our web servers to store certain information.

This service is not specifically intended for use by children under the age of 13. In this case, parents are responsible for the safety of their children online. We do not sell, share, trade or transfer your Personally Identifiable Information to outside parties without your consent.

1. We may release information when release is required by law, in accordance with our site policies, to protect the rights, property, or safety of others;
2. Visitor information that cannot be personally identified may be published for marketing purposes, in the form of statistics;

Third-party websites or services linked to BLUNAVI are not covered by this Privacy Policy.

10 - Security

Every connection made through your browser to our servers is encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This is important to protect your privacy because information travels a long way before reaching our servers. Your information (files, requests, etc.) cannot be leaked on its way to our servers.

We do not store your credit/debit card details.

Your personal information is stored behind secured systems and is only accessible by a limited number of persons with special access to it and is required to keep the information confidential. The servers are managed by BLUNAVI administrators with special credentials only during maintenance or other issues. During these interventions, activities/commands will be recorded in order to guarantee a secure and transparent process.

11 - Changing your content

Our service allows you to change or modify previously provided information. In order to maintain professional and appropriate content, some information requires manual review by our operators (Example: avatars).
