If your case was not eligible for a return/refund then you must pay all shipping costs during this process.
We do not accept exchanges of one item for another.
However, if you have purchased an item within 24 hours and have agreed with our customer support center, you may exchange your item for a similar item, but in a different size, color, etc., only if the new item does not exceed the original price. In this case, additional shipping costs may apply.
